I was just told by my dealer that if my new 09 Ultra came with cast wheels, I could not change them to a different wheel later due to the bike being equipped with the ABS brake system. Why cant they be changed.

The dealer is smoking crack....
The ABS wheel speed function is controlled by the wheel bearings and a reciever...
Heck, you can get a 21" on a Touring with ABS.... Granted, the wheel is aftermarket, but the system still works...
It was a salesperson that said it, wasn't it???
