Default Front brake drag

I was just curious how much the front brake should be dragging on my 2004 Road King Custom. I had it up on the jack today after a long ride. I was just checking the tires for nails and such. When I went to spin the front wheel. It felt pretty tight on the rotor. Tight enough that I would say it only moved about 4 or 5 inches before it would stop. The rear tire would spin freely. So do I have a problem or is this normal?

Some additional brake info. New pads in the back but not in the front. They will be changed out this winter but still good for now. The front rotor also looks good with out any signs warping.

I noticed the below post where someone was having the same problem with there rear tire. Looks like I will be pulling the front wheel off to take a look at it this afternoon. If anyone else has any ideas what might be causing this let me know.

Just as an FYI, the bike was in the shop last week and they cleaned the front calipers because the brake was mushy. So I was a little leary about that being the problem. But from what I have read, it just might be related.
