Default Brembo rear brakes on my 2004?

Late model HD take off parts are all over eBay, so I put Brembo calipers, rotors, & master cylinder on the front end of my 2004 Road King, no problem. Bolted right on & much better than the old brakes

Can I put Brembo on the back too? Or is the 2008+ frame & swingarm different enough to cause problems fitting the caliper/rotor? Will the Brembo rear master cylinder bolt on my 2004?

Don't post much, but I just did this on my V rod. I believe the brembos are all the same as well as the older calipers were. You will need to get someone to machine you a spacer as your axle is a bit smaller than the new ones. I believe you will need to step yours up to a 1".

Thanks Gdub.

Pretty sure my 2004 came with 1" axles. Didn't the V rod always have Brembos?
