Did I damage my valve stems?

Did I damage my valve stems?
I did something that might be a first on a Harley so there might not be anybody that has an answer, but this is what happened:
I am a little paranoid about getting a flat, cause I know someone that crashed after a blowout. So when I bought my '03 FLHTCUI, with only 2,090 miles, I bought new tires just to make sure I didn't have any problems. After riding about 1,000 miles I put some tire pressure monitors from Tireqp on and they broke in half right away. I thought what cheap caps, my Victors last forever on my truck and my Vulcan 750. So I bought some Victors and put them on my bike, and on the way home the bike got all squirelly and was hard to steer. When I stopped and checked the bike both the TPMs were broken and the front tire was flat. I ran home and got my truck and filled the front tire up and it seems to be holding pressure. If it is good in the morning do You think it is OK to ride on ? Could I have damaged the stem? It looks good, like before Mr. Dummy screwed with it.
I took the base that was left after breaking and screwed them onto a bike wheel as a test. One didn't leak, and the other did. So that must be why rear was good and front went flat. So if anyone is interested, don't use TPM,s on FLHTCUI cast wheel.

I always thought you were NOT to use those on bikes. Some bikes have longer valve stems then cars and the weight of the pressure monitors are to much. At speed they cause the valve stem to hit the wheel and break. I picked up a package of those in a store one time and it said right on the front not to use them on motorcycles.

Oops! I like to learn the hard way! I will check the package tomorrow to see if I missed that.

Blackbagger you were right. Package does say in small print not for motorcycles or off road use. Duh! Tire rode OK today. Felt like front was chugging, but that is probably normal engine vibes, combined with a little paranoia. Tire held pressure all night, then 15 mile ride.
