Maybe this will help ... I use to run into this in the car repair business ... a lot of times I could use air pressure from a blow gun to dis-lodge the piston. Be careful to place rags in the area where the piston will come out so that you don't damage it and place the blow gun in the fluid inlet port and give it a blast .... hope this helps.
