Default Sportster Dual Disc Wheel - Single Disc Brake???

I changed the front wheel on my 2006 Sportster from 21" spoke to 19" mag, I put the brake disc from my 21" onto my 19" ....worked great. Problem is I have nothing on the other side of the wheel where it looks like another brake disc goes (bolt holes) but my Sporty is a single disc, is there some kind of plate or cover that belongs there? Or can I just leave it alone and ride like the wind??? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You could just ignore the uncovered side, but there is a plate available to cover it if you wish. You will need to get the proper screws to match. There are two covers with different centre hole sizes depending on model year. Ask your dealer, he likely has extras lying around from conversions etc. Fastrider124
