rim damage repair
Sooo my front wheel has been banged up and the inner wheel has a space between the outer rim. It's a 21" revtech scorpion. 3 piece..hub, inner wheel which I guess was pressed into the outer rim. The previous owner used a sledge to pound the rim back into shape and it caused this separation. Have not been able to find a 21x3.5 scorpion anywhere....guess they don't make them anymore and have a dozen emails out to salvage yards. I have seen a couple decent web sites claiming their companies can repair rims? Hmmm...know of anyone who could make a new outer rim and press in my inner? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
