I don't think so. I think the fender will need to be moved up. Spacers may also need to be changed. Just an educated guess on my part, though.
Try the search function at the top of the page. Someone in here is bound to have tried this.
The problem you will run into is that the hub from a wide glide front end is likely going to be too wide to fit in your narrow/mid glide front end. You most likely will run into spacing issues to line up the rotor w/ the caliper. It should be an easier modification to get a 21" XL wheel to fit on your FXDB.
You'll b fine with the fender...the stock 21' tires only end up with a half inch difference due to the lower side wall.
I am pre fitting a 21' (with a 120 tire) on my bike; setting it to measure for new spacers etc. As was mentioned, hub size, and axle may b wrong...my main prob is the spokes rubbing against the caliper - tho' its an easy fix with a rasp and some black paint.
But this on a wheel that was built for my 2011 streetbob (by a well respected USA wheel company), so it goes to show some of the problems that you may face.
