Default Break pad wear.

I recentley took my 2012 FLHDX to the dealership. I wanted them to check the break claipers because the pads are wearing uneven. My front left claiper is pushing the left side more than the right side pad. The left side pad is almost down to the wear mark while the right side pad looks almost new. The dealership told me that is normal. It doesnet seem normal to me so I wanted to ask you all.
What do you think or know about this?

Do not know much about Brembo calipers but with my HHI 6 pistons the key was to get the rotor dead center in the caliper. Better braking & even pad wear. Had to use shims to move caliper so rotor was centered.
