Default Front and Rear brake ?

I am wanting to up grade my calipers to HHI but not sure which rotors to up grade to and if there is an aftermarket master cylinder front and rear that would help out. I am planning on getting a 21" front and 18" rear wheels next year. Thanks in advance for all the replies.

Cool

I am running stock front and rear master cylinders with non-stock calipers, 6-pot front, 4-pot rear. I don't see any advantage in changing them, although I have replaced them both, some years ago. I have Harrison floating rotors up front and a Harley floater at the rear.

If the HHI calipers are designed to bolt on (I'm not familiar with them) Harley floating rotors are a worthwhile upgrade. Lyndall is another and you will find they get great reviews on HDF, as do their pucks. Braided hoses are also worth considering.

Rearranging that lot, if HHI calipers are suitable for stock rotors, just fitting them with braided hoses should give a serious boost in stopping power, floating rotors will cope with higher heat build up.

Hope that helps!

I have HHI 6 piston calipers on front & stock HD on back. HD floating rotors suck I warped two before going to racing type floating rotors. LRB makes great rotors. Also use LRB gold+ pads on metal matrix front rotors & on stock rear rotor. Real good bite & a lot less dust & no noise.

The HHI 6 piston calipers we sell are the number 1 selling brake upgrade for our customers. You get awesome stopping power with the luxuring of using your stock components. It is indeed a direct bolt on. Although I would recommend getting matching rotors when you decide on which wheel setup to go with.
