Need help selecting new tires
Hey guys I have a 2005 Roadking Classic with the wide whitewall Dunlops.
I'm looking to replace them with the Michelin Commander II's. Anyone running these?
I kinda like the whitewalls but Michelin doesn't have them for the Commander II's.
Whadda ya think?

I love the wide white walls but the Michelin's are a much better tire. Too bad you couldn't have the best of both worlds. If I had to choose I'd go with the Michelin's for the performance and sacrifice the look of the white walls

All white walls have a limited market, so it really is a case of style over performance. Avons are also a better tyre, my personal favourite and make WW Cobras, which you might like to look into, although I am not sure if they are truly 'wide'.
