Getting wheels asap, looking at my options. So far its between 18×5.5 for the rear and 18×3.5 or 21×2.5 for front , I'm leaning more twords the 18's all around
Has anyone done this on a Fat Bob only? Some feed back on handling/ road feel .
I just bought a 16x5.5 rear and 23x3.5 front for my fxdf. Putting them on today. Everyone thinks it will screw my handling, and I'm sure they are right. But going double 18's can't change much, if the sidewalls of the tire are shorter and the wheel is larger, wouldn't the ride and ground contact remain unchanged? Meaning that the outside diameter of the tire doesn't change?

You might look at the Sigs and PM anyone that has a similar set-up?
One example would fellow member O-Town D's Fat Bob below (who btw, I had the pleasure of personally meeting). He has the 18x5.5 180/55-18 and 18x3.5 130/70-18.
