Fender ripped tire
Two bolts disappeared on my fender on the highway and the fender fell ripping the sidewall is this covered under road hazard?
Tire is still operational but the side is squared off now not curved like normal

Well, first of all congratulations on surviving the disappearing bolts/fender falling thrill ride.
At this point the price of a new tire would be way down my list of thing to think about.
I have no opinion on the whether the tire is, or should be, covered. You might perhaps ask the place you got the road hazard insurance from. They should know.
