fits XL 04 up with detactable plates

06 up Dyna with either plates

00 up Softail except FXSTD

plus others listed in HD catalog

list price is $105.95 i will take $85 shipped in 48 US

If it does not sell, HC and I are converting our masterbath into a motorcycle themed bathroom, going to use an old rack from our Honda and mount it to the wall and use it as a shelf

i don't need it, but i'll give a plug. i have the tapered backrest on my softail, it looks great and is stronger than the racks on touring bikes. i think it can hold 40lbs safely...which is a lot of weight! good luck with the sale
