I've been looking for a 21" wheel that has a 1" axle bearings and today I ordered it. Here's some pics, the only difference is I got the one with twisted spokes ( no pics of that one )..... The shop tech said this wheel is made for the narrow glide with the 1" axle. 350 bucks shipped!!
Donnie...I think it looks fantastic....I love spokes...and yours is a really nice choice. I'm actually considering a new front wheel...but in my case, I'm trying to move away from spokes (despite the fact that I love the way they look)..simply because I'm so not into tubes. I assume the wheel you bought is still going to be a tube type, correct?
I wish they made spoke rims that could be used with radials. As it is now, I'm considering the HD Roadwinder 21" front. I saw a picture in the HD Winter P&A brouchure...it showed a deuce with the chrome rear deuce wheel (which I already have)...and the Roadwinder front. It's a really nice looking setup. Only bad thing is the price...1200 bucks for that wheel alone...ouch!
Can't wait to see the pics when it's installed man!
