Default Painted Narcell

Been doing a little thinking. Has anyone seen, have pictures of, or ever thought of painting the narcell on a RK to match the color of the bike. I see black ones all the time but I don't think I've ever seen one paintedCobalt Blue to match the rest of the bike.

What do you guys think??? I'm just trying to make this a little different from the rest.

I think that the paint shrouds look great. It adds to the front by adding a touch of color to a chrome blob. It accents the rest of the chrome and lights up front. It would be a better bet to powercoat if your color is avail. Its not bad to sand blast the chrome of a get it colormatched. The poder-coat must be a bit cheaper than paint. Check out the options.

Gloss black nacelle from HD, Got the trim ring and light bar powercoated to match amd rattle-canned the light bar mounting bolts. Next up are turn signals and passing lamps. Seen some stretched nacelles on ebay that look great when painted:

Been thinking about just doing the trim ring to see how it looks. Mine would be easy as they sell black ones cheap.
