I never liked the rear fender and after not too much thought here she is.

hmmmm.... I think I like that look. I'm not quite sure. I agree with your distaste of the light and liscense plate on the models.

I like the look now much better. Should have come from the factory that way IMHO.

 

Fantastic. I was just last night trying to find a fender that would fit my Bones, as the bobtail thingy is the only part of the bike I don't like. Is there a write up of the procedure or a list of requirements to do this mod? Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Yup, I always thought the stock rear fender looked like it belonged on a metric sport bike. I have heard the same comments from others as well the first time they see them.

That was a good decision to change it. The look it much more "Harley" now. Godd job!!

I think that looks great IMO and is how the bike should be offered from the factory.
