A Moment from HD History
The year was 1989 the moment was the signing of talented racer Chris Carr to the factory HD racing team. Chris Carr began his career with Harley by finishing runner up to none other than his team mate Scott Parker in his first two seasons. In 1992 he climbed the top step of the championship ladder winning the title again in 1999 and from 2001 to 2005. Carr was inducted into the AMA Hall of Fame while still an active rider in 2005 after amassing 78 total wins in AMA competition and 7 championships. For good measure he once held the outright land speed record for motorcycles.
Some special videos of Chris Carr’s career and highlights. The video of Jay Springsteen and Chris Carr going at it is something pretty special to watch.
