Default One simple handlebar question using "Chubby" bars

I have one question about doing a handlebar swap on my 2014 Limited, will a "Chubby" handlebar fit without having to grind away on the plastic anywhere? I had them on my old bike and I really like the look and quality of the "Chubby" bars from Wild1. If anyone has installed them on a Rushmore, were there any issues?
I plan on going with 10" bars and do not plan on buying any wire extensions per all the other handlebar posts...unless someone tells me otherwise.

All I had to do was cut about 3/8" off the left side of the bar that was it. Easy install.

I had to grind a tad off the fairing cap where it touches the bars on the FLHTK, fairing cap would not seat properly without doin that

i would definitely buy the NAMZ extensions. It will be REALLY tight for the switch wires. The extension sjust make it so painless. You won't need brake or clutch lines. TBW will be long enough too but I'd save yourself a lot of frustration and buy the extend TGS 32310-08. Fishing the green plug is a nightmare and it damages VERY easily. It will just make the job so much easier if you buy these parts up front. But if you like doing things the hard way, have at it.

I have no problem buying the wire extensions and plan on buying the 8". I was wondering if all these people that say you can go to 10" bars without extensions were pushing the issue. What about the brake and clutch lines, you say those lines are plenty long, I want to keep the factory routing will they still be okay? I would much rather do it right then have to go back and do it over!
I plan on buying
NHCX-J08 (wire extensions)
NHGX-1802 (heated grip extensions)
the HD TGS 32310-08 (TBW extension)
WO578 Handle bars (10" bagger apes)
Did you guys replace the handlebar bushings?

I put WO578s on my 2104 FLHTK with only the NAMZ 4" extensions. Was able to pull the green TBW connector through without any problems.

I did need to use a Dremel to "grind away some plastic" but not much.

Rotated the clutch and brake lines a bit. Overall not a hard install.

If you have heated grips you need to cut the left bar end 3/8".

So a dremel tool, WO578 handlebars and 4" extensions and I'll be all set, you sure there's nothing else?

That is all I needed.

If you rotate your clutch and brake line remember to loosen just enough to rotate. Loosen them too much and you may need to bleed the lines.

I would also suggest removing the fairing completely, as an assembly, rather than just tilting it forward. I tilted mine forward and the wind blew it over onto the front fender. I now need to fix the damage.
