Are you talking about the frame bracket? Or the backrest?

He's talking about the backrest itself. You'll notice a grommeted hole in the leather / vinyl sleeve that covers the backrest hardware. You can fit an allen wrench through it to access the adjustment screw. It gives you fine adjustments forward and aft. I used Locktite on mine as I was afraid it would vibrate out.

Scottt, here is a picture that a member sent me of his CVO and which holes the bracket was mounted from the Factory. These are the holes I used and they worked great for me.

It's on the backrest just below the hinge that connects the backrest to the support. The support plugs into the brace. It's covered by a sleeve that covers the support. You have to pull up the sleeve to see it. There's an eyelet on the sleeve to slide a torx through so you can adjust it.

That's how mine is. It's very possible yours could be different.

Thanks again, I have the bracket all installed. Appreciate the help from everyone. My backrest was scheduled to arrive Friday...the post office messed up, will receive Monday.
