Another thing i found that really made wiring the first set up was the sharp lip on the inside of the top bend. Something like this was not something i was expecting from vindikta.
Here's a shot of the sharp lip on the first set of bars. What a pain to wire up a set of bars like this.
This is the second set joe sent me wow what av difference between this and the first bar. Looks like someone spent the time making sure it was nice and smooth.
Sorry you're having such a difficult time. As I said, my experience was a piece of cake.
It would seem the popularity of his bars has really taken off and he's struggling to maintain strict quality control while keeping up with demand. The classic manufacturing conundrum.
Apparently he had to let an employee go because of issues maybe some of the quality issues was because of that person...hopefully that's all worked out now
So after speaking with a harley dealer who installs allot of vindikta bars I was informed they deffinitly do need to make the modifications to the inner fairing. Those who want these bars need to understand there is allot more trimming needed to be done than what joe from Vindikta leads you to believe.

I disagree. In my opinion, there is a little more. As I stated previously, it took me about 5 minutes with my dremel.
All that said, Joe should be aware that more trimming is required than he states. In the end, it is easily worth it as they are IMO, the best looking apes on the market.
