I am new to this forum, although I've been learning a lot.
I have a new 2015 Limited that I'm very happy with, but I have an issue with the fairing and a brake line touching the tank when the handlebars are turned all the way to the left lock. It has scratched a couple of places on the tank.
I know that there have been some weld issues with the neck on other bikes and wanted to check with the experts on this.
I'll take it in, but I'm guessing I'll get pushback on this. The bike has 65 miles on it, and this shouldn't be happening.
Take a 12mm boxed end and loosen the banjo bolt enough so you can readjust the angle of the brake line. Just barely loosen it and you wont lose any fluid.
Wouldn't even investigate enough to figure the problem. Bring it back to the dealer. That's not cool man, rubbing my paint. There may be other issues that's not obvious.
