Very possible that the website instruction could have been updated in the two years since this thread was started...
Anyone have any feedback on the most recent update? I have yet to update mine due to all of the bugs that were found in some of the early updates. I'm considering jumping to the most recent one, if it's stable and bug free.

The most recent has been very stable for me, and from what I've seen, for most users who've commented on 1.20.3

Bugs in software is a never ending battle. What you're using has bugs and the latest update has bugs so if you are waiting on an update without bugs you will never update. It is what it is. Having said that the latest update runs better than the older updates for me.
1.20.3 seems to be working well. I did reset all the data on the system before loading 1.20.3 and even downloaded the CVO version for my Limited. Due to tons of rain and flood watches I haven't had a ton of time to ride and test but everything seems fine right now.
