Has anybody bought from Kutter lately? and if so how fast did they ship?--- On previous orders have had good pricing and kinda/sorta timely shipping but now they seem to be going through an ownership change and the last time I ordered from them about 30 days ago took quite a while to receive ---- thus was wondering??

I placed an order over the weekend and the confirmation I got back said two weeks. If you call the phone number, the message says they are working on administrative stuff and won't take any customer phone calls this week.

I placed an order on the 18th of may and it was shipped the 27th. I received it 3 days later. I placed another order on the 25th but haven't received any shipping info on it yet.
I have order from them 5-6 times in the last 2-3 months. Up until two weeks ago it was around 8-10 days total for processing/shipping/receiving. But these last few orders from the past month, have been nearly double that. And they were temporarily no longer taking Credit Cards last time I checked (Paypal Only). As long as they continue to still offer the low prices and free shipping, I can live with it.
Didn't any of you read the notice on their splat page regarding the transition to new ownership? Processing will be slower until they get things transitioned.

I ordered some trim parts 10 days ago and it came in last Friday and Sat. The only difference is both boxes had to be signed for. Wasn't home for delivery so I had to take the slip to the PO to pick them up.
Anthony at Kutter does a great job and I've never had a problem.
Kutter H-D is under new ownership and transitioning to Boardtracker H-D. Our online business will continue as normal, but please expect longer delays until the transition is complete.
Once the transition is complete, we will be offering better service and a quicker turn around when processing orders.
We appreciate your continued support and patience during this transition and we look forward to a bigger and better online business in the near future.

I've had several orders filled by them over the past few weeks, both before and after the change in owners. A bit slow to fill and ship but the orders are correct, the prices are right, and free shipping is consistently available at a minimum $100 order. They do require a signature. What I did was to go to the UPS Web Site and signed up as a UPS "My Choice" customer. Once the tracking number Kutter provides shows that it is enroute you can log onto the UPS My Choice site and sign for the package before it even gets to your house . . . if you want to . . . and since I still have a day job . . .
