Sirius Download Problems
I have new Limited with Sirius module. I get preview channel on Sirius, but the download won't connect with the bike no matter how many times I refresh or long I wait. Very frustrated. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?

If you have had the trial version activated by Sirius, then you can ask for a refresh by phone or Google "Sirius Refresh" and do it yourself via Internet. Have to have the bike where it can get a signal and turned to channel 1. I just did this this week on my new bike...it took about 3 minutes from the refresh request until the system came up. If all else fails see if the antenna is hooked up correctly.
I find Sirius is nice...but it cuts out a lot unless I am out on the open highway. Any trees over the road and it cuts out with the antenna setup the way Harley installs them in the fairing.

Sirius download Priblems
I have it on the preview channel and get the preview station. I've talked to Sirius but it won't activate. The English speaking Sirius staff have no clue and I can't understand the rest of them.

I'll try that. I have called numerous times. Have it on channel 1 which is what they tell me to put it on. I get their music/activate stuff on that channel and gave them my Sirius activation number from the dash. Still won't activate.

Is it channel 1 he needs to be on or is it the radio ID channel 0? Also, there is number when you click on specialty services in Sirius tab that pops up that might help you.
