Mine is on the list also. Just another recall, this is getting stupid. Mine has 2 new heads, new cooking tubes, rebuilt the clutch twice. That's just what I can remember at the moment. I know new models come with issues but this is the last time I will ever buy a first model year of anything.

Whats with Harley and all these recalls? What happened to the days them coming up with a gerry rig fix for a bad design and calling it an upgrade so they can charge you extra? Cam chain tensioners were a great example.

I just had an issue w/ the fastener coming off my left saddle bag twice this past Saturday. I just ordered the Bagger STDS.

Thanks for the link. I went there and sure enough my bike is recalled and I'm leaving on a long road trip to Sturgis in 8 days.

Guess I'll be calling the dealer in a couple of hours.

Mine are locked in place with safety wire that I installed the day I bought the bike.

If the fixtures are actually breaking, then I'll buy the replacement parts and install them myself. No dealer "tech" is ever gonna touch my bike unless it's for some major $$$ warranty claim!
