I am replacing my Infinity reference speakers with a set of 62.11 Kappa speakers. Is there a preferred replacement grill? I have looked at vtwin au
dio, hogtunes, & cyclesounds. I prefer the ones with no logo. Thanks!
I have the stock Boom I speakers and was thinking of using the grills that came with them and putting in the Infinity Kappa 62.11 speakers. Will they work?

Your original Boom I spkrs are concave right? To work with the 62.11i's you need to mod them a bit; take the concave out and make the grill surface flat. Some in the audio section here have used different methods to do that I just used my thumbs, no big deal.

The Infinitys won't clear without some help. The grills dish in right where you need them to dish out.
Also for the guys buying from V-Twin... make sure they know you have the Infinitys... I got grills from them that wouldn't clear, I hear they have another model now.

I like the stockers better. Mounted speakers inside the pods so clearance is not an issue at all. I do not hear a difference in sound either good nor bad.
