Ok....I have a question, It was 98 today on the way home and the fans never came on. How can I tell if they are working at all/correctly. Sorry if this question has been done before. It is still under warranty should I take it in and let them check it out?
Yes, there is a way to check it, I just can't remember how. Sorry. It has something to do with rolling the throttle or turn signals. It's been covered here in the forums.
You can also start your bike, ride it and then let it idle for a while. Have you added any tuners? I remember one thread where the PV map that he was sent from FuelMoto was for a dry bike and had turned off all the cooling features.
Don't forget you are getting cooling air moving through the radiators anytime you are moving. It might take extended idling to get hot enough to trigger the fans.
