Default 2015 CVO Street Glide seat

Looked at one today while I was getting the latest recall taken care of. No way I can sink 40 grand into a bike, but I really like that seat.

Anyone got a part number? Would it even be available to the unwashed masses or would I need a VIN?

Nicely done, Nick. Does it change the seating position? Is it a hammock style seat?

It might move you down and back a little bit but i didnt notice a huge difference. I dont know bout the hammock part i have never tried one of those. It is just that the middle part is a soft leather with good padding. The thing i did notice at first was the passenger seat dug into my lower back but after riding around a little bit i found a good seating position and i believe maybe the part that was digging into me might have broke down a little bit if that makes any sense. I am about to find out if its really comfortable as i am getting ready to leave for a week on the bike. Who knows might be a seat for sale in a couple weeks haha doubt it

Post a follow up when you get back. I'll be interested in what you have to say. I've done 7,500 miles on my bike in 3 months. The stock seat was okay, Mean City made it better, but I wouldn't say I've found my zen yet.

Thanks for the info Nick. I'd be interested in your opinion after a few miles.

I have a 15 SG CVO seat on my 14 SG.I'm 5'5" on a tall day.I find that it is slightly lower and moves me back a little bit compared to the stock seat. Therefore I need to reach a bit more for the bars.It is as comfortable on the butt as the stock seat, and I like the look.

5'11" with Yaffe 12's, so your opinion will be very relevant.
