Mine's always off. I've never turned it on.

it defaults to were it was last set. if it helps keep an air cooled motor cool, I'm all for it always on. heat is the #1 killer of air cooled motors.

Other than the embarrassment of the way it sounds when EITMS is active, why would anyone want it turned off? It provides cooling that is noticeable in higher temperature situations but many on here disable it.

Just curious........

It makes the bike sound like crap is the big thing. HD developed this for the rider comfort while in parades or stop and go traffic. That's why some folks call if "parade mode". It was not developed to keep your engine cooler.

Mines off and will stay that way.
