Hammz, how do you find the 2015 manual, cant find it.
Wojo
As someone said, it was replaced on the HD site with the 2016 manual. Since the 2015 manual exceeds the HDF upload limits, I deleted some blank pages reserved for notes & compressed the file. Should still be usable. Hope this works for those that need/want 2015 manual.

My system had the same symptoms. Another problem I had was when I pushed the left thumb stalk in, it is supposed to go to the home screen, but mine would change to AM radio. I solved the problems by doing a reset to factory settings. You lose things you've saved like presets, but they are easily stored again.

If you don't know how to do this, here's the procedure. After the bike is in the "off" position for at least 30 seconds, press and hold the mute/power button. While holding it, tour ignition switch to on. Continue holding the mute/power button for 2 seconds after the "warning" screen has come on. Now accept warning.
The service may display Diagnosed Service not Available when an option is first selected. This will clear once the system has finished performing the power on process. The option to choose is "Reset". You want to choose "Pre Calibration reset". This will restore the radio to all factory defaults. Give that a whirl, should solve your issues.
This is how I solve a lot of problems / opportunities with my 6.5😳😳
Thanks guys! This is why this forum is so valuable. I somehow had changed the "seek" to "preset". It was a simple fix. Now, don't get me started on the GPS system.
