I always ask the service manager to write the name of the tech that worked on my ride on the invoice. I also tell him if I find something that wasn’t done or something loose that should have been spotted “I’ll be back” and I won’t be happy … so far, so good. Also, keep in mind techs come in three flavors based on schooling and experience. Guess who gets to do the basic service and oil changes?

Yep my 1k was $380. I only took it in so I could get it on the books as OK at 1k. From here on out I do my own.
