Default TPMS on non CVO models

Does anyone know if we can add the TPMS to a non CVO model?

I think the consensus so far is no. Apparently the radios have different part numbers.

Harley will be more than happy to rid you of about 40k though. Then you will have TPMS lol.

There are lots of TPMS kits you can install that transmit to your smartphone. I have a 15 eagle and below is my TPMS kit. Guess I have never looked at putting a gauge on a tire as too much trouble.

EXACTLY!!!! FFS people, checking the air in your tires should be done every day before you ride. It's part of a pre-ride check.

Also, adding tpms sensors to your wheels adds weight which means more problems to balance the wheel/tire.

Garmin sells toms sensors for motorcycles but I am pretty sure they only work with Garmin's GPS receivers.

I am still riding a carbureted Evo, so reading crap like this amuses me.

I do check my tires before I ride, but if you can use modern technology to find an issue before it becomes an issue, why wouldn't you? Some people need to come to the front of the cave, just saying

I'm using the Garmin TPMS senders with a Zumo 590 on both of my Heritages-saves a lot of time and knee wear and tear for compulsive tire pressure checkers like me!

Pre-ride checks are a yes. Period. However, I have had times that I have been on a road that visibly looked fine but tracked weirdly enough that I had to pull over on the shoulder and check my tires, thinking I had a low tire. It's a heck of a lot safer to have something visibly tell you that you're tire pressure is still a-ok.
