Called Harley customer service today to report issue. They showed that my dealer had not called them either time I took it in which I was told different. The CS agent called my dealer and they told him they saw nothing in the light which they did on the first visit. I admit the second visit the buildup was less. I guess I will just keep taking it back.

Keep us updated, please. I get water in the headlight and the fog lamps.
It is a shame I am having to go through this, maybe I'm too picky. I've looked at other brands but this bike rides great and is by far the best looking tourer there is IMHO.
I started getting a slight fogging of the headlight right before my surgery. I had the exact same issue with both of the TL passing lights on my '11, but the TL had much more moisture. I'm going to have them check it when it goes in for the 5k service soon. My headlight clears up shortly after shutting it down.
I've had the same issue on my 14 Ultra Limited purchased September 2014. Seems to be no rime or reason for it. Clears up after a couple hours as other have noted.
I have a 2014 Ultra Limited that I bought new in April 2014, now showing 17,000 miles. After a ride the other day I noticed moisture inside the OE daymaker headlight after the light was on for a while. When the light cooled down the moisture would dissipate. I rode over to my dealer and showed it to them and they said unless it failed Harley would not warranty it. Anyone had this issue with thiers?
