Default Great Customer Service

It's pretty hard to impress me with customer service but these guys are over the top!! They have a section just for Rushmores too. And no I don't work for them and not related, A+ guys.

Wow...Things must'a changed at EglideGoodies. Those guys use to have one of the biggest shadows hanging over them on the internet with extremely POOR customer service...and I'm speaking from personal experience.

They were hard to contact, generally no resolution, VERY slow shipping and on and on.

Very glad you had a pleasant experience though I'll never be back. Just the way I am...too many great vendors out there to take another chance on EglideGoodies...

Good to hear about the positive experience - I had heard some negative feedback too. I went through their catalog and came across some items that I had been looking for.

What, specifically, impressed you? Can you elaborate?

That's what I thought too...with a grand total of 8 posts. Let's see if thomasb1 is still here in 6 months and has something to contribute.

I happen to see that they offer a lower triple tree wind deflector for $30.00. But then they go and charge $15.00 for shipping for a piece of tin. Sound like bandits to me.

I think it is a Kury product.
