I ordered a lepera seat back in October still haven't got it every time I call and they actually pick up they keep saying it will be 2 weeks. I hope their business burns to the ground and Chris Dadding gets *** cancer

Old thread, I know! But I'll chime in as well anyways.
I purchased a Samson Fishtail exhaust from them eight weeks ago. I found out the exhaust had been ready for shipment for nearly two weeks, starting at the six week mark. When it was not received or shipped by the eight week mark, I called to find out what the issue was. When I asked Titan representatives why it wasn't paid for, I was told, I can not answer that question. I asked if they were going to pay for the item so it could be shipped to me by the manufacturer, I was told, I can not answer that question. Samson advised this is a common issue with this company. BBB website has an endless amount of complaints for the same issue! They take a consumers money, never ship their product and then play back and forth games with the consumer. They offer refunds that are never received. Buyer beware!
