What to do?
I'll be the first to admit I can't do sh-t when it comes to fixing stuff. Not mechanically inclined at all. Took the scooter to the dealer last week had the new update installed, didn't use it on the way back. Tried the next day radio (6.5) refuses to come on. Can I do anything or do I need to take it back to the dealer?

There's nothing mechanical about it. If you can download a file from H-D to a flash drive, you can re-install the update to see if that fixes the problem.

Take off the left side cover to fund the fuse box. Pull the latest fuse (the main) and put it back in. That will reset your radio. Its a known problem and thats all the dealer has for a fix.

I sort of agree with MikeyTX - have you tried to turn the system on. Press the Mute -which is also the power button

OK - just make sure you press quickly and release - do not hold the button down. Press and release is to turn it on. Hold for 4 seconds is to turn it off.
If that does not work, try the fuse to potentially reset.
