If you can't do the actual install yourself, be sure and check with you local dealer/Indie before purchasing a tire online.
Most dealers and some indie's will not mount a tire that wasn't purchased through them.
Of course there are some that don't care where you bought the tire, but its always best to check first.
- subscribed...time for me to replace my tires too.
I've been looking at the Michelin Commander IIs and Shinko 777...There is a fairly significant price difference between the two, which worries me. I'm familiar with Michelin tires, but have heard from a few friends who are running Shinko's that they are happy with them.
I've been having a hard time finding reviews of either tire from sources other than outlets that sell them. Anyone run either of these tires?
Thanks,
Dru
