Next,,,when your decide to change out your bars there's ***** tons of How To forums in the Rushmore's. The wrest angle of the stock bars did not work for me no matter how they were rotated.

I would really like to change them out, but it looks like such a hassle and trying to decide which ones would be so hard. I wish there was a mock-up that I could sit on with the same rake and height as the FLHTK and I could try different ones out.

Trying them out? It's call bike night or at a rally. Walk around until you see something you like, wait for the owner and ask....most likely he'll be happy to let you test the fit....remember to ask first.

I know this is an old thread, but what tool are you using on the allen screws? What size allen? I don't have very many tools as I'm not the most handy guy. Thanks for you help.

The 2 on the cover are 5/32, the bar clamps are 1/4, I used a long ball ended hex socket for the handlebar clamp
