another CornerStone (boardtracker) ESP Question

I wasn't suggesting anything actually. I copied-and-pasted the text from the Cornerstone contract available on Jim's website. I was really trying to figure out if HD Factory warranty had the same language in it and also if those that have purchased a warranty from Cornerstone via Jim (or another place) ever had a repair done with a non-HD part. I assume if you take it to a non-HD garage you're at their mercy, but I was just wondering other warranty user experiences.

really if you take it to a non hd shop with the harley plan your going to either have to get what part is available to that shop or you could wait days for a factory part. Either way your gonna get the bike fixed with chinese parts whether they say harley or drag specialties. I myself bought jims plan have not had a claim yet so cant tell you. Most major parts on your bike will have to be genuine harley anyhow so i think your a little over worrying.
