Default CFR exhaust, reputable company?

Hello!

I want to place CFR exhaust slip-ons on my 16' Ultra Limited, but find that it's weird that there is no website for Cary FAAS RACING, so my question is, is it a reputable company. If down the line I have issues with the exhaust, who am I supposed to contact. Just wondering what your guys 2 cents is and if you are happy with the product. I've been listening to youtube exhausts for weeks and feel like I like the CFRS the best.

There are a couple of threads on here about his chrome plating flaking. Chips and what not on the ends of the mufflers. I would research this in depth and when you call them, ask them about it and what have they done recently about quality in the chrome process. One guy below had a problem and he says CFR customer service was right on it.

You also might want to try to hear them in person. I was all ready to have them installed when I had a chance to test ride a bike that had them. I ended up with a different choice.

To be sure, a ton of people love them and think they are the best sounding pipes on the market. I also like the sound but not on a Harley. They sound way more like a muscle car to me. Might be worth finding one to hear.

4" Rinehart's. This on advice from a buddy who is one of the best tuners in the biz. I've been very happy. I hated the old 3.5" as they had a high pitch note that really hit me wrong. The new ones are deep and mellow and quiet down nicely in cruise and still set off the occasional car alarm.

Until you build the motor then they are pretty loud. I do agree with a stock motor they are tame until you want them not to be.

They are reputable. I have done business with them. You will have to wait a bit if you order from them, but, in my opinion they are worth the wait. Same goes for the cost. They aren't cheap.

See my post here.

I just picked up a new set to replace a set that are 5+ years old. Absolutely no chrome flaking on my old set.
