Truck-Lite Phase 7 Headlight performance

Looking at the Phase 7 headlight from Eastern Performance (48hr sale!). Anyone running this light on their bike? Hows is the performance relative to stock halogens? $169.95 isn't a bad price.

Great headlights, I liked it so much I put them on my 69 C10 and they are very popular with the Jeep guys also.

Will the light stick out more than the stock so I will need a new ring or will my stock ring work?

I ran these on my Electraglide and yes, very good investment. You will want to get the thicker chrome headlight trim ring from HD as the Headlight will be proud of the shell just a touch more. (At least it was on mine)

I run one on my freewheeler. It is great. One thing I have read was that they may not illuminate as well in a curve or turn because they are designed for something that doesn't lean, for that reason they work fine on a trike. YMMV. I put a Frenched type headlight ring on and it covers the lense of the trucklite.

I ordered mine yesterday as soon as I got the email, be here tomorrow. I checked everywhere for a lower price and found a few ($162) but they didn't offer the adapter.

I just put one on my '16 road King and it is awesome. It does stick out of the stock housing so I bought the thicker trim ring piece and now it is slightly recessed. Get it, you'll love it.
