Man, my 2015 sounds better and better everyday 
It is a tough stance the EPA is taking with HD. But really tough on owners of these bikes. Modding is what most Harley owners expect and want to do. What do you do with your 2017 bike when you realize that a Smart car sounds tougher than your 107ci bike?

Oh absolutely. But honestly, who stops at slip ons? Voiding the warranty will push folks away from wanting to risk things for at least 2 years. INdy shops can take care of things, but now the new owner is out of pocket.

It actually has been that way here in the SF Bay area for some time now. Dealers won't touch anything except factory parts.
Hell, manufacturers won't even ship to CA.

So going forward, what does this mean for dealer servicing of '16 and earlier bikes currently under factory warranty/esp with non-compliant performance mods?
For those without esp on our '16 and earlier bikes with non-compliant performance mods, would we still be able to buy an esp if the factory warranty is about to expire?
