I'm having a problem with my USB music. I have 1500 songs on my usb. Tool me hours to go through and delete hundreds of other is unwanted songs. My issue is that whenever I plug in the USB, the screen displays over 2500 songs. Does the system save music in its memory???? I'm confused. Songs show up that have been deleted from my usb

No, there isn't any music stored in Boom Box memory.
When you deleted the songs from the USB stick, did you empty the trash before unplugging the stick?
If not, the files are still technically on the drive and only marked for deletion so they don't show up.
They might give issues like your seeing on the Boom system though.
Plug the USB stick back into your computer and empty the trash.
That should get rid of them.
