I rode with ver .3 yesterday for the first time and the "no playable media" on the usb drive still pops up after nearly every stop. God it's annoying to have to keep pulling out the usb drive all the time. I've tried different drives and setting it up on a mac and a PC, but nothing changes.

Mine was updated a few months ago when it was at the dealer for service. After reading this thread I was curious so I went out to check which version I'm running and it's 1.20.1. I noticed right away when it was updated that it wasn't necessary to hit the Accept button anymore which is nice. But recently I also noticed that if I turn off the radio it actually stays off then next time I start the bike. This too is a welcome change.

1. Turn IGN Switch OFF. Wait 15 seconds.
2. Press and hold power/mute button. Turn IGN Switch to the ACC position.
3. Continue to press power button for 2 seconds after the WARNING screen is displayed.
4. Release power/mute button and accept warning.
The service menu may display Diag Service not Available when a menu option is initially selected. This message will clear once the system has finished performing the power-on process.
Options are:
- DTCs,
- Audio,
- Display,
- Key input,
- Component menus,
- Version info,
- Reset,
- Touchscreen.
Reset:
Pre-calibration reset:
- Restores factory default settings.
- This is recommended when there are radio symptoms and no DTCs.
Post calibration save:
- Archives customer’s settings so that they can be restored after a Post calibration Reset.
Post calibration reset:
- Resets the radio to factory default settings and restores the last archive data stored during Post calibration Save.

I was kind of bored today, so I did the update (haven't done one since 1.19.2).
Agree having "Accept" screen disappear on its own is big improvement.
Another issue I was having (haven't seen it mentioned before) was when I would load more than one ipod playlist to the Favorites menu, when the ignition cycled it would change all the slots to the last one I saved, so they all would have the same playlist on them.
This issue seems to be rectified with the new update. I haven't ridden with it yet (maybe tomorrow?) and I did lose my favorites and saved addresses in the Nav, but all my other settings were intact. I'd give this one a thumbs up at this point.

I was out yesterday for a while and had an issue with the blue tooth. Would intermittently pause, so I went back to FM. Tried it again when I got home and it worked for three songs in a row. I don't know if I'll get the chance to ride again for a while, but I will try it again.
As a side note, I connected to BT through the Boom while I was out, but when at home, I opened the music app and then started it through the Boom. Maybe that was the problem.

Well - my bike is in storage right now. Taking it out in late March for a trip to Florida. I really appreciate all of you warm weather guys taking a look at this before i install it.
I did the .2 version and had to remove it.
Right now, my current version is working just fine. Think I will leave it there for the Florida trip. I had XM installed over the winter - so, will just ride with that for a while and see how things go. Will activate XM the end of this month just to check that out.
