Default slip-ons
So I have started the paperwork to purchase a 2014 ultra classic it is bone stock, my question for you guy is, I am not looking for performance but would like a better sound(nothing real load) just better than the stock pipes(sound terrible in my opion) can I just put a set of slip-on and be done? Is there anything that I will be hurting as far as the bikes goes? Thanks for all and any help with this. Thanks

Have a set of screaming eagle slip on's that have been on two stock bike's. Not to loud but just right for me.
It is ok to run just slip ons on a stock bike.

CFRs. Very happy with mine. Not obnoxious, just a deep, low rumble. I get compliments all the time, to include from non-riders.

Vance Hines and Fuel Moto. Have had both and sound great and well made.

My first choice Rinehart 4" Slip-ons, second would be Vance & Hines Twin Slash Rounds.

+1 on the Street cannons. Had mine on my 2014 Ultra classic since new. Very nice sound IMO. They will get slightly louder with age as they burn in. If you want them a slight bit louder you can de-cat your header pipe or switch it for a Fuel Moto one.

I have run screaming eagle slip ones with Big City Thunder baffles on my 2015 Limited with no other changes and after 40,000 miles nothing has burnt up or fallen off. Plus it sounds great.
