If installing adjustable pushrods you'll save time over pulling rockers. Gaskets, the locking tool for the crank/cam gears, O rings for the pump, bolt set for the gears, an oil change should just about take care of it. You no longer need the tappet block tapered pins.
As for me, I usually retain the stock pushrods. Time isn't an issue so pulling rockers is no bid deal. Actually, that would be a good time to go ahead and install a set of the Rockout lockers from John. Great guy who'll support you all the way. Even if the top end is quiet now it may not stay that way, so why not if you're already there.

Actually I just bought the RockOuts kit, and I will be replacing the seal for that goes to the A/C. I think thats why I'm consuming oil, found oil in the breather.
