I'm honestly not sure so I'd hate to steer you wrong. However, I have a '15 limited and following the link I posted, that is the exact ones I put on my bike and am very happy with them.

I've had these on my 11 RGU and I have them on my 16 RGS. Both have lowers. They work just fine. It's one of the first mods I do.

After talking to Rick, I ordered the Softbrake today. He says it will work with the 4588 Kury extenders.

Installed the Softbrake pedal ( +1 Wide) on my 2014 Ultra Limited with the Kury 4588 extenders.
Fantastic!

My boards are out 1" and forward 1". The Softbrake pedal is much lower and out at the end of my floorboard. I can easily rest my heel on the board with toes resting on the highway pegs.
