For the handlebar switches, I just started throwing codes every so often. They would clear by themselves but over time the codes just started coming more frequently. Function wise, all the ***** and switches worked fine. Eventually though the dealership decided to replace both switch packs and I haven't thrown a code for them since.
The rotors warped at about 12K miles. I could fell a pulsing sensation under braking but the dealership mic'd them and they were just within spec. Unfortunately this was just before my trip to Sturgis so I did a 6K mile trip on warped rotors. When I got back, I was pretty frustrated with it and I believe the conversation went something like, "Look, you guys sent me out on warped rotors knowing I was going to Sturgis. In spec or not, braking on the Bear Tooth Highway in the rain with warped rotors was a disaster waiting to happen. I want them replaced as it's a safety issue.". I don't know if the rotors worsened on the trip or maybe the dealership took the bike in the back and smacked the rotors with a hammer, but they took the bike in the back and told me the rotors are now out of spec and they will be replaced, along with all the wheel bearings and brake pads. It's been smooth ever since.
All in all, it's been a good bike and enjoy riding it everyday. I have a couple of Iron Butts planned this year and I am looking forward to them and I signed up for the Tour of Honor as well which should help with more miles. Heres to looking forward to another year!
Chompin' a stogie while doing a cone course...now that's hard core!
Ha! I got yelled at that day too. Up until this day I hadn't found my floor board brackets yet. I have dragged my floor boards a number of times but as you know if you keep going over, eventually you find the bracket and everything stops being forgiving. So I kept going further and further over and then I found them... the scrapping sound changed and the front end got light, it was like the bike was understeering.
Now, I like to ride with my heels off the back of the floor board. maybe it something from my crotch rocket days but thats my preferred riding position and right about the same time that my floor board brackets hit the ground, so did my heel on the asphalt. Combined it was enough to startle the crap out of me.
One of the judges saw me jerking the bike back to upright and advised strongly that I stop doing that. Later, I explained to him what I was doing to which he replied again, "Stop doing that!".

NICE work Tiki! You and Miles must be the record holders for miles ridden. It's not hard living in LV...except July and August, LOL. I was there for 20 years and racked up 85k on a 2005 FLHRC pretty quickly.
Nice report and congrats again!
I love my '14 TK. At 85K now and other than 3rd gear taking a dump on me at 80K (ESP covered the trans rebuild), bike has more or less been flawless. Had all recall work done, but never had symptoms that the recall was issued for. Front wheel bears went out around 40K, but covered under warranty. I can't think of anything else at this time that wasn't maintenance related. Ride the snot out of it and it keeps me smiling.
No record holder here. I am a member of America's Ultimate Long Distance Rider (AULDR) facebook group and there are a lot of folks in that group that put my mileage to shame, haha! But unlike others, I do have to work full time.

Thanks for the post. I don't have the mileage you do, may be on pace for half that, but it's nice to know you've been well taken care of and what I might expect.
