Default issues with my New NightRod Special

Hello Guys,
I am first time owner of a brand new HD NightRod Special and this is my first time on here reaching out to you all because i am experiencing the following problems since i purchased the bike
1) Within 100 miles - Issue with the Air intake sensor. A code P0113 showed up, the service guy at the dealership said its due to something being cracked on the assemble line itself)
2) Engine shutoff suddenly while coming to stop at a signal ( Still don't know why)
3) Screw on the exhaust cover came off
4) The exhaust end which connects to the cylinder under the seat came loose (Within 600 miles). Apparently this would happened to older bikes after running few thousands of miles and definitely not for a bike less than 1000 miles.

The good thing is that all of them are being addressed by the dealership because the bike is under warranty. However, i am wondering if any of you had experienced similar issues or is this normal with new bikes to have such issues.

The one thing thats concerning for me is if i bought a lemon ? (i hope not, fingers crossed ). I Say this because of all the problems that happened so far according the service guy are due to an oversight at the assembly line itself and the dealership has nothing to do with it.

Thank You in advance for your feed back

2012 NRS and 7,300 faultless miles. Not a single issue. No wait! I just had to replace the battery.

The v rod is one of the most reliable bikes you will find. Don't despair just a few items to be fixed.

If it's a 2017 model, the workmanship probably went in the toilet seeing how they ended production over 6 months ago.
